Question: How can I trust you and make payments online ? Is my credit number safe ?

Click Here to read details of security measures- to know why it is safe to use your credit card or Paypal account to make online payments to us. As a matter of policy, all credit card transactions are done through Paypal.com OR through Handango- using highest possible levels of security.

Our site never ever sees or handles your credit card numbers- we only get a "Payment Confirmation" or "Payment Confirmed" notification from Paypal- based on which we confirm our cancel the transaction.

Question: What is your policy on refunds ? What if my mobile device is incompatible with one of your products ?

In Short:

(1) Customer Goodwill is more important to us than $10 or $20 of money. Therefore, We are more liberal about refunds than a lot of other webshops- but refunds are totally on our judgement.

(2) WE CAN ONLY REFUND PURCHASES MADE TO US THROUGH PAYPAL payment on our site. WE CANNOT REFUND PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH HANDANGO OR ANY OTHER WEB-SHOP.

Question: What if my web-browser hangs ? What if my internet connection breaks halfway through a purchase process ? What kind of customer support can I expect for transactions that break mid-way ?

Question: I lost my old phone- and I have just bought a new device. How can I use the software I purchased on my new device ? Can I transfer my registration code to my new mobile device ?

However, if you want to transfer your registration to any other phone, the short answer: No- you may have to buy a new copy of the software-- but if you have lost your phone, contact us with IMEI number of your earlier purchase and we will offer you a special discount for returning customers.
